I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND
The time period for refunds to be back onto a credit or debit card is within 14 working days. If the refund does not appear in your bank account after day 14 please email us at
customercare@fields-camping.co.uk.
I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE WRONG AMOUNT
If you think that the refund you have received is not correct please contact us at customercare@fields-camping.co.uk with your order details and we will be happy to rectify it for you.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER
We usually pack and dispatch orders quite quickly for orders to be shipped out on time therefore, if you have placed an order and have received confirmation but then wish to cancel it please email us as soon as possible. customercare@fields-camping.co.uk.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER
Unfortunately once confirmation has been sent out after an order has been placed our operations does not allow for us to change orders. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policies.

WHY HAS MY PAYMENT NOT BEEN ACCEPTED
Please ensure that you have entered the correct card details and make sure your card provider has not stopped card payment in error. If you are still having trouble with payment please email us at customercare@fields-camping.co.uk.
