I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND The time period for refunds to be back onto a credit or debit card is within 14 working days.  If the refund does not appear in your bank account after day 14 please email us at customercare@fields-camping.co.uk. 

I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE WRONG AMOUNT If you think that the refund you have received is not correct please contact us at customercare@fields-camping.co.uk with your order details and we will be happy to rectify it for you.  

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER  We usually pack and dispatch orders quite quickly for orders to be shipped out on time therefore, if you have placed an order and have received confirmation but then wish to cancel it please email us as soon as possible. customercare@fields-camping.co.uk.  

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER  Unfortunately once confirmation has been sent out after an order has been placed our operations does not allow for us to change orders.  Please refer to our ReturnsRefunds & Exchanges policies.  

WHERE IS MY ORDER?   Please email us at customercare@fields-camping.co.uk and we will do our best to help you locate your order.  

WHY HAS MY PAYMENT NOT BEEN ACCEPTED  Please ensure that you have entered the correct card details and make sure your card provider has not stopped card payment in error.  If you are still having trouble with payment please email us at customercare@fields-camping.co.uk.

GIFT CARDS

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD ON AN ORDER? Yes you can apply multiple gift cards to an order.

CAN I USE LESS THAN THE FULL VALUE OF MY GIFT CARD? When using a gift card the full value of the gift card is always applied. It is not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

DO GIFT CARDS COVER TAXES AND SHIPPING? Yes.

WHEN DOES GIFT CARD EXPIRE? Our gift card never expires.

CAN I SPLIT MY ORDER BETWEEN A GIFT CARD AND A CREDIT CARD? Yes. If your order value exceeds the value remaining on your gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

DO SALE PRICING AND DISCOUNTS APPLY TO PURCHASING A GIFT CARD? No. Sales pricing and discounts apply to orders made using a gift card.

CAN I REFUND A GIFT CARD? Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card’s balance.

CAN I BUY MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS IN ONE ORDER? OR PURCHASE A GIFT CARD WITH OTHER PRODUCTS? No. When purchasing a gift card, customers go directly to checkout after clicking the purchase button.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE LOST THE GIFT CARD CODE? Just email us www.customercare@fields-camping.co.uk and we will resend the email with your gift card code.

CAN I SET A SPECIFIC TIME TO SEND A GIFT CARD EMAIL TO A RECEIPENT? No. If you would like to send an email to a recipient later should chose the ‘EMAIL TO YOU’ delivery option at the checkout and then you can forward the email at the desired time.
