This website is operated by Fields-Camping.  Where these terms and conditions use terms such as "we", "us" and "our" they refer to Fields-Camping. 

We offer this website, including all the information, tools and services available on it, on the condition that you accept these terms and conditions and the associated privacy policy available on our website. 

By visiting our website and purchasing something from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

You can view the most current version of these terms and conditions at any time by visiting this website page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to your website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. 

Any content that you enter onto this website may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and may involve changes in order to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. 

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial gain, or otherwise, any portion of any of the content on the website or any other part of the service that we offer on this website. 

Headings and titles used on this website are done so for convenience only. They do not constitute any part of the terms and conditions and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms herein. 

ONLINE STORE TERMS

Where we refer to an 'item' we are referring to a single product available for purchase on this website. 

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale is correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system. 

Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods that you are purchasing.

We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

i) The item you have ordered is out of stock

ii) We cannot authorize your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent

iii) There has been a pricing or product description error

iv) There is a system or procurement failure

v) You have failed our customer validation checks

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. 

MODIFICATIONS TO OUR SERVICE AND PRICING

Prices for items are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of the service that we offer, or any part of content thereof, without any notice to you. 

We accept no liability to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service. 

SHIPPING 

During checkout, you may be presented with one or more options for delivery.  Where you select a next day delivery option, and the next day is on a Saturday, orders for that day’s delivery, must be placed on Friday before 12 noon.  Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.  Please note that there may be a delay with receiving orders due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times of the year such as the Christmas season.

RETURNING ORDERS 

You are entitled to up to 30 days to return an order.   (Extended period to January 31st for the Christmas season.)  

You have within those first 15 days of receiving your order to notify us by email at (customercare@fields-camping.co.uk). You then have a further 15 working days from the day you received your order to return the unwanted item to us in a resaleable condition (unless the returning item is damaged) and in it's original packaging.

RETURNS ARE FREE IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you have been sent an incorrect or damaged item, then after assessing the item, we will issue a full refund and pay for your return postage.

ITEMS ORDERED BY MISTAKE OR SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND

If you want to return an item because it was ordered by mistake or if you have changed your mind, we regret that we are unable to repay the original costs for postage and we ask that you pay the cost of the postage to return the item to us. We strongly recommend using Royal Mail tracked 48 (2nd class) postage and proof of posting for ease and convenience from one of their many post or delivery offices. Once we have received your returned item, we will assess the reason for the return and will issue a full refund for the return item only and not for a return postage.

THERE ARE THREE OPTIONS FOR RETURNING AN ORDER

OPTION 1 - Royal Mail collection from your home of the unwanted item and with a prepaid return label supplied by the Royal Mail collector. Collection is usually weekdays Monday to Friday and on Saturday. When you have notified us by email (customercare@fields-camping.co.uk) we will advise you of the collection times available so you can choose a suitable time for your parcel to be collected.

OPTION 2 - We will email you a prepaid QR code for you to download and print at home and then take to your local Royal Mail delivery office or your local post office where they will scan your code and then issue a label for your return order.

OPTION 3 - If you don’t have access to a printer we will send a QR Code to your mobile phone and you can have it scanned from your phone at the local post or delivery office for a return label.

IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN AN ORDER

Please notify us by email (customercare@fields-camping.co.uk) letting us know the following:

Name of the item Order no. Preferred Return Option.

Please also complete the ‘Reason for Returning’ form which is enclosed with your order and make sure the form is with the item you wish to send back.

Kindly send your return item within 7 days of emailing us, expressing your intention to return your order, and of receiving either a QR code or prepaid label, before the postage expiry date.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for something else, please notify us by email at (customercare@fields-camping.co.uk) to return the unwanted item and replace it by making a new order. Please ensure that the unwanted item is in a resaleable condition. We kindly ask that returning items be placed in its original packaging. Items not in their original package may incur an increase in charge for the return postage which we may have to deduct from the refund being issued.

Exchanges and replacements are free. Please refer to our Returns policy for the different postal options for returning items. Once we have received your returned order, we will assess the reason for the exchange. If a refund is required we will credit your payment card (which must be the same payment card used for making the purchase) for a full refund of the unwanted item only. There will be no postal charges for returning the unwanted item or for it’s replacement unless the item is not in it’s original packaging therefore, as already stated in the previous paragraph, an item not in it’s original packaging may incur an increase with the return postage.

OUR REFUND PROCESS

After a returned item has been checked we will process your refund and will aim to complete the refund process within 5 days. Refunds can only go to your original payment method.  Please be aware that depending on the bank it may take a few days for your refund to return to your bank account.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

We shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.

You agree to indemnify us immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of any of our terms and conditions.

JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions combined with our published Privacy Policy (also available through this website) and Refund Policy (also available through this website) constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and us whether written or oral.

GENERAL

Should any part-term or term be found to be unenforceable then the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect as if the invalidated term was not present.

Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions arise where it is beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible to you for such delay or failure nor liable for any loss that you incur, however caused.
